How do I become a member?

Select the No-Gi Surprise Box plan you would like. You'll need to complete a simple athlete profile so we can get your sizing. Once you fill in the billing and shipping info, that’s it! You're officially a member. Check your email for shipping dates and other information on your incoming Surprise.

What kind of items are included in the box?

Every month you'll get a mix of mobility tools, apparel, supplements, snacks and other surprises designed to support your training experience.  All contents are hand picked by real Jiu-Jitsu practitioners & fitness professionals, and sourced from around the world delivering you the best gear on the market. We take our time with each box to ensure our members are supplied with the most practical, relevant, high quality, and awesome products each month.

What is your return policy?

No returns, exchanges or refunds. If you receive a damaged box please email us at nogisurprise@gmail.com and we’ll help you out ASAP.

Can I gift a box?

Yes! You can leave a personalized note that is included inside the box.

How do I edit and update size information?

Log in to your account, click edit subscription, and update your sizing.

How do I cancel?

Simply log in to your account, click edit subscription, and hit the cancel button. Easy. PLEASE NOTE: If you cancel from your account it does not cancel any open orders/shipments you may have.
